Programs for Individuals
Leaving work may be the most significant transition of your adult life. For many, exiting their profession can lead to a profound sense of loss. Will you find yourself feeling bored, aimless, unproductive, or dissatisfied?
As a former psychologist, I’ve spent more than a decade studying retirement. One of the reasons why people struggle after stopping work is that they fail to consider the non-financial side of the equation. For example, recent surveys by T.RowePrice and Joblist suggest that a substantial number of baby boomers who retired during the pandemic have since returned to work because they felt isolated or bored. Don't shortchange yourself when it comes to planning what you want the decades ahead to look like and feel like.
My brief coaching programs are designed to help you address the head and heart side of exiting work, and support you in crafting a satisfying next chapter.

Pre-Retirement Coaching
For Late Career Professionals and Business Owners
The questionnaires and exercises in the 3, 5, or 7 session coaching packages assist you in navigating the waters as you transition out of your current position.
Coaching provides a framework and a process for exploring your values, interests, and priorities. It can help you feel more ready to let go of work, delineate a personal identity outside of your profession, broaden your perspectives about what retirement might be like, and plan for how to occupy your time.
The transition from full-time work can take many paths, but you owe it to yourself to be psychologically prepared.
